I need to update service pack 4 and I don't know where on Microsoft site I should do this? Here is the link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsserver/2000/default.aspx Which link do I click on to update Service Pack 4? Thank you for your help.

Installed Service Pack 4. Now, I am wondering if I have IE 6 SP1. When I click on to take a look it said it 6.0 but under that it said updates SP1. Does that mean I have SP1? Thank you for your help. :)

Once you do SP4 then you can do all the other updates so go "Start", "Windows Update" and do all the critical and software updates but do not to the driver updates which is the 3rd category.

I did all the updates but IE is freezing up on me. What could be causing this? Thank you for your help.

Sorry I never use it maybe reset the defaults in Tools, Internet Options, (either Advanced or programs on the bottom)...anyone who uses IE know any other ideas?

For the OE lock up:

Download CCleaner and run it (don't use the registry cleaner feature).

Failing that: Start>Run, type in sfc /scannow and click ok.
