creating a slide show???

Hello---
I'm interested in creating slide shows/with music--to upload to You Tube.
I'm thinkin I need some kind of program to do it.
Have not done much research yet but saw this---↓

I have done a video with music(added)--case ya want to view---↓ 30 secs.

There are a number of programs that do this.
Windows Movie Maker is one.
Download and install from Microsoft for Vista.
