Clearing the DNS cache

I'm at someone's house and working on their wireless network. When REPARING the wireless connection, I receive a message:

Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed:
Clearing the DNS cache.

So how does one do this?

Lookup in the MSKB netstat command line /flush DNS

Thanks - I did find it. I was unable to get to a command prompt on this machine. Maybe other things are going on. They have some parental controls on this.

Sorry this is a little late, but that error occurs when the DNS Client service is disabled or stopped. Go to Start | Run and type services.msc and start DNS Client.
