AIM Question

I'm considering downloading AIM specifically for voice/text/video chat. Has anybody encountered any problems in reference to viruses or abnormal malware from the above?

Nb3, it's the only one I use and I have never had a problem with it though I use an oild version to avoid the spyware they try to load in, and I don't know if it will have all you want.
