No, I'm used to this event every Wednesday now. Please don't make it once a month. If you can't make one week there are still three events the same month. If it becomes once a month and you miss the meeting that's it! Stay the course (God, I sound like one of those advocating to keep using an old and ancient OS) and keep this once a week.

I personally, would like to see 2 sessions per week.
2 Shorter sessions,say Sunday Night,and Wednesday Night.
I find to devote 3 hrs straight, is pretty demanding, with other things we have in our lives.
If they were shorter sessions, then I think it would appeal more.
After say 2 hrs, many leave and go to bed, or whatever.
I thoroughly enjoy listening, and learning, from the Resident Gurus.
Just my thoughts.:)

OK but Doug remember the whole point is no one has to come at the beginning and stay until the end. Come in when you want to and leave when you want to based on what you have going at the time.

I quite understand that,Rich.
Scenario. You have 17 Visitors in the first Hour ,12 in the second hour, and 3 in the final hour.
That tells me it's going too late, hence my Posted alternative.

I am just throwing an idea but what if we do the norm every Wedesday and once a month have an extended session? I think having the long nights every week is too much but if we do it once a month IMO, we will have more at least that one night and the usual suspects the rest of the time and maybe we could draw more people that way. Has moving it to another night say Sunday evening been thought about? Just a thought or 2 for ya Rich.

Stevie we have done all that. We had it every night, Wed & Fri night, weekends and it always comes back to the same thing and that is Wed night does the best. This has been going on for 10 years. And the best works when we have a specific idea for the room as well. The few times we had guest speakers were fabulous of course but it is hard to get a sales manager of a big co to come to talk to even 25 people. It takes time out of their evening and doesn't produce much for them.
