View Full Version : Nature
I just took some nice pictures I would like to post but when I tried to upload them they are much too large for KH to accept. I saved them as .jpg. Can someone tell me how to make them smaller?

I'm not much of a picture taker but here are a couple of the fall foliage a while back at the campground I stay at. The second pic is the owner mowing in the morning fog. The last one is my 5th wheel.

Bird photos are nice, you all but they can't be considered nature photos because most of them have "hand of man" in them. :D
Anyway, I enjoyed them. And wanted to share. I don't have birds. I have loads of flowers though. Below is a sample from me playing after a thunderstorm.

True nature photographers will tell you, if your photos have the signs of man in them, ie, fences, highwires/electrical wires, etc, they can't be considered nature photos. These are guidelines from NPoA (Nature Photographers of America).
Nice spidey web. I've got more on rain and will post them later today. Some aren't nature but look natural.

Since I still carry the status of pro photographer, my photos I post here are for your enjoyment only. They are copyrighted and not for give away because on occasion I still sell them.

lol i think its a catfish to Dee Dee as i saw feelers on it. had a big head to. lol
MQC dont worry i wont be serving that up either. there bottom feeders i think. some peope eat them tho i think. ewwww. .
your brave with the bee nest. amazing how they just start building in the most awkward spots. I no what you mean about the blue jays. i had a cardinal once at earl rowe camp soon as i saw him i went to get the camera and he would hid in the trees. soon as i put it down away from me he would come close to smart feather friends.
i had to save maude my duck ;s three babies from a rock at the bottom of the dam last night. she was having a fit at the top and the babies must of slid down the big dam on the one side omg sooo cute and soft picked all three off the rock in the middle of teh water up to my thighs in the nottawasaga i was and carried them to shore. put the back in the water at the top near her . she was quiet after that and then came for bread . man ther cute when there little like that a mitt full each one.
