Paltalk question

Hello All.....have a Paltalk question. Am I right in assuming you have to have some sort of broadband connection to dload & use Paltalk? I have the feeling it doesn't work on a dial-up ISP connection. Would someone mind telling me how this works?

Paltalk works perfectly well on dialup.
