Try this:
Rich, I don't know what these look like but the price is right. They don't have power supplies but I ordered one
on Monday and it's scheduled to be delivered today..

To whom it may concern, if your considering buying the cheap case. I just had it delivered and I cannot with a clear conscious recommend it. I expected the case to be flimsy because of the cheap price but the back of the case is extremely weak and while taking off the side panel to install a PS the back bent out of shape. It won't bother me but it just shows how cheap the case was made. So just to make sure those that are thinking of this case I wasn't kidding when I said cheap. Not only the price but also construction.

After taking a closer look I discovered the box the case was in was damaged and caused the side panel and back to bend. I still must admit that the case is very flimsy.
Larry,
I have a couple of the "thin and light" (cheap) Compusa cases for my test boxes. They are easy to handle, but you need to keep them out of harms way, cause they can be knocked over rather easily.

I also have a cheap case I bought from New Egg that is pretty flimsy but not nearly as bad as this one. Like you said I'll just have to be careful. The last two I bought were Antec and they are sturdy although nothing I would rave about. I normally bought most of them at Computer shows but since they cut down the number of shows I have been buying a lot more hardware over the internet. I guess this case will do for a side computer to fool with..

Although they aren't "cheap" I have been using Foxconn cases - they come with a decent power supply and are by no means flimsy.
I make sure I order the ATX models. Usually they have 3 or 4 front 5.25 bays and front mic, sound, usb ports to connect.
I don't go for the "designer" models since they come and go so fast. I think the last case I bought a few weeks ago was $40.00 (ish). So for the additional $20.00 over your model, I got a firm case and power supply to boot.

Dan,
With what you do, I wouldn't feel real safe with Foxconn anything or especially a $40 case that includes psu...that is scary to me!

Rich,
Maybe you forgot but when we were doing the inventory - a lot of those boxes were Foxconn units.

Actually I never knew it. I have a natural distaste for that brand after fighting with a number of their junky motherboards. For me I would not use a case with a psu for $40. It just goes against my upbringing!

A huge "silent majority" of computer problems come from sub-par PSUs which can wreak all kinds of havoc.
I agree with Rich here, nothing less than a top rated name brand PSU with more power than needed for me.
PSUs that come with cheap cases are cheap PSUs!
Even with Antec cases with Antec PSUs, I want the PSU specs before I would rely on it.

I'd say I have had 1 out of every 50 power supplies go bad in the cases I bought at computer shows for around $40.
That strikes me as funny because I was just looking to buy a 500 that cost $99 but stopped when the reviews had two customers that received dead PS's. I guess were back to you only get what you pay for?
