I received a letter in the mail informing me of the class action suit against Epson. The settlement is either a $45 Epson coupon or $25 and a $20 coupon.
If you purchased a Epson printer from this list between April 8, 1999 and May 8, 2006, you are entitled to $25 and a $20 coupon.

Yup it had to do with false messages about being out of ink when your cartridges really weren't. I could kick myself as the printers are gone and I have no records because you need serial number of printers to qualify.

I always wait until I can't see anything on the paper - guess that is when I am out of ink LOL.
Hey Rich, you want my s/n? ? ? ? You know me too busy to bother tracking all these coupon, rebates, and discount thingy's :brick:

I agree with Dan. I also always wait until the print actually has issues before changing the print cartridge. The software alerts you when you have 20% remaining in the ink cartridge and again when you have a 10% reserve. I usually wait until the print shows visable signs of the cartridge needing replacement. However, I'll take the cash and coupon.

Hey I do too. When it won't print I change the cartridge, but with my Epsons All, not printing had little or nothing to do with lack of ink, which is why they and their memory have been banished from the scene!
I was just explaining what the suit was about is all....
