In case anyone is interested:
CompUSA has an Antec case with a 350 w power supply for $29.99 after rebate. It's a regular $79.99 case with a
$10 instant rebate and a $40 MIR. I am using Antec cases now and find them good sturdy cases. The rebates from Antec usually take the whole 12 weeks to be returned but so far they were all returned without any problems. These cases have an interesting way of attaching CD drives and a separate cage for hard drives and floppy.
