I sent the following message to Incredimail a few days ago and have not received a reply. Can YOU help???

PLEASE HELP:
My "C" drive crashed and I needed to format and re-install Windows XP Pro.
I had a BACKUP of Program Files and I did the following:

- Installed Incredimail
- Setup Accounts

- I copied : "backup\program files\Incredimail\" to "C:\Program Files\Incredimail"
Ran Incredimail -- THIS DID NOT WORK

-Re-Installed Incredimail
- copied : "backup\program files\Incredimail\Bin\Licenses " to "C:\Program Files\Incredimail\Bin\Licenses "
- re-enter license numbers via HELP/LICENCES
Ran Incredimail -- THIS DID WORK

-Copied "backup\program files\Incredimail\Data\Identities " to "C:\Program Files\Incredimail\Data\Identities ".
- Reboot
Ran Incredimail - it worked HOWEVER MY ADDRESS BOOK AND FOLDERS FROM MY 'BACKUP COPY" DID NOT SHOW IN INCREDIMAIL.
( The Address Book, Message stored and other folders from my backup are in the Idendities folder)

Please help. I want to recover my Address Book and Folders that were in my backup copy of Incredimail.
