Members List - 34 or 81?

As of now, we have 81 members, last one "Rainbow 32." It looks like complete list has gap, but search by letter yields correct member names. Is something amiss?

- click on Members List at top of page (Home, Forums, User CP, FAQ, Members List......). Shows page 1 of 2, 1 to 30 of 34.

- click on 2 at bottom of page 1. Shows page 2 of 2, 31 to 34 of 34.

A whole bunch of members are missing between page 1 and page 2, including new member Rainbow 32.

- click on Members List again.

- click on R. .......... Rainbow 32 is listed.

Again, to me it looks like the complete, running list has a gap. Am I having a senior moment again?

This is very curious. I see only 34 members when I go to the member list even though the panel at the bottom of the forum page shows that we have 36 active members and 81 total members. I notice that all of the member on the member list are active (one or more posts). I searched on each letter and found the same 34 members. I'm not sure if this is a software hiccup or an effort to to drop inactive members. I have noticed a couple of anomalies on the member list since we converted to vBulletin which might have caused an instability. Hopefully Adam will share his insights with us.

yeah I am struggling with the same thing and I am trying to update my email list and yesterdays new user is gone also.

Rich, I try to keep up to date on new members and check the Welcome Our Newest Member alert on the Home page each time I log in. However, I'm sure I've missed some when more than one has joined the same day.......maybe that should be changed to New Members This Week or Month??

That's interesting. I've never seen it, but it is a good idea. One forum I joined has almost 200,000 members and I was "newest member" for a few minutes.

The active members are all that have at least 1 post. The remainder of the 80ish total users are all users who have 0 posts.
