Live One care...

Anyone familiar with " Live One care" as Circuit City has it for $9.99 and was wondering if it is even worth that?

Possibly. I tried the beta, and it has potential, but the firewall doesn't have the advanced features I like. The AV is untested (to my knowledge) as well. I like that it has backup and "tune-up" features like deleting excess files, getting updates, etc., but other programs can do it for free. See if you can get a trial or something to test it out first. Just don't expect an excellent firewall.

Also, I believe the license is for up to 3 home PCs, so you may want to consider it if you have some unprotected PCs at home.

I picked up a copy as I figured I would try it and $9.99 isn't to bad. I don't axctually need it right now but will in the near future. I like the idea it has three licenses.

Good maybe I will finally find something I like. Larry let me know if you can browse and see another computer behind this firewall as I cannot find anything that will sinnce the death of Sygate.
