Its always plugged in on standby... just in case... comes in handy for spider removal as well.. only then i have to stuff a sock in the end to stop them escaping:rofl:

Actually, I had to suck up a wasp the other day with a vacuum cleaner; Which reminds me of a story:
When I was about a twelve, I discovered a wasp nest in the ground. Normally, I would have kept on my merry way, but this nest was right in the middle of my backyard. Fearing for my safety and that of the world, I came up with a brilliant plan...blow them up!
I shoved a funnel into the opening and began pouring gas into it. When I depleted the saviour juice, I stepped back and tossed a match toward the hole. The results were dramatic!
The ground near the hole literally lifted up about 6 inches, and the tiny hole shot out a flame that was about as tall as my house!
Bye Bye Bee Bee's and hello to the big burn spot on the lawn.

I bet you were popular.. my dad used petrol on an ants nests.. wow. burnt half the fence down as well

That's awesome!!! I wish I could do that. I also like taking out nests if they are in troublesome places.
