I should be getting a new Palm LifeDrive Mobile Manager soon. I can't wait to surf the web on it using my Wi-Fi connection at home. I would like to listen to some radio web casts on the web using the Palm LifeDrive. In order to do this some of the web sites require you use Real Player for the audio. Does anyone know if there is a version of Real Player for use on a Palm LifeDrive? Thanks.

Don't know but here's a concern I would have: I'd be concerned that my PDA or cell phone died when I needed it because the battery had drained while I was listening to audio. Just a thought.

I'll use the Palm plugged in to the AC most of the time. If the battery dies I'll just charge it. My contacts are on more than one location (Palm, PC, laptop, etc) so it wouldn't be an emergency if the Palm died. In fact, I had the battery totally die in the old Palm IIIc I use for work. I just use the old Palm for schedule and contact information. I have seen battery replacements for the old Palm on ebay, but I'm getting the LifeDrive Palm in the next few days so I can live without the old Palm IIIc. Thanks Kelly.

I'm still confused with loading RealPlayer on the Palm LifeDrive. I should have the Palm real, real soon and want to load RealPlayer on it ASAP. I even chatted live on-line with a RealPlayer rep., but I'm still confused as she wasn't much help. I want to use the Palm to listen to certain radio broadcasts on the web. Some broadcasts require you to have Realplayer to listen to them. The RealPlayer Rep. said I could simply use Realplayer 10 Gold (the same software as I use on my PC). However, I've found Realplayer Mobile for the Palm that is a much smaller program (about 1,600K). Would this work? I also need to know how I'll load Realplayer on the palm. I'm guessing I'll need to have the palm connected to my PC to install Realplayer on the palm.
