New York Times has an interesting article here (http://www.nytimes.com/2006/07/20/technology/20basics.html?_r=1&oref=slogin). It's about how one can write a book (usually .doc or a PDF) and get it published online for a certain fee. A few sites:
http://www.blurb.com/
http://www.lulu.com
http://picaboo.com/ (more photo-book based)
This looks very interesting, and I'm considering making a book on how to do certain things with Vista. I also wrote a mini Chess tutorial with several opening strategies a while ago, it would be nice to get that in print, although I wrote it in ~6th grade so I doubt it would be good enough to sell.
Edit: Is this worth pursuing? Or do you think I wouldn't be able to find anyone to buy a 17 year-old's computer book?
Looking over the sites, it looks like Lulu fits at least what I would like. Blurb costs $30 for a hard cover book with dust jacket from 1-40 pages, and Lulu has more options (http://www.lulu.com/help/index.php?fID=1713#bookcost).
