Restricting Internet access on limited accounts

Is there a way to allow all admin accounts to access Web, but deny Web access to all limited accounts on a pc running XP?

Yes ... there are a couple approaches.
If you go into your Administrative Tools\Security policies, there are ways to restrict network access.
I would do some serious MSKB research here before you dabble. Playing in any of the Security Policies is a dangerous task as you can easily lock yourself out .....

Second, you can also assign rights under Software Restrictions

Third, you can edit security of an .exe, like Firefox.exe or IE.exe so only approved users can open it. You can deny ability to open the program to specific users.
Again, be careful here as some of the 'system' users in that list may be necessary for machine functions and some things blocked by user may still open if called by a 'system' function.
