Best Buy has the Westinghouse LCM-19W4 19" widescreen LCD for only $160 after instant rebate. It has digital (DVI-d) and analog input, 500:1 contrast, 300 cd/m², 1440 x 900 optimal resolution.

Edit: They have a 17" for $150 as well.
