I am trying to print out this tutorial
http://www.sencore.com/newsletter/Oct04/LCDTechnology.htm
but the right side of the printout or does not show as the last word on the right of every line is cut out maybe because the document is too wide? I tried
saving the tutorial as a tect file but then the pics don't come out. This is the 2nd tutorial I have tried to print and have the same problem, I am sure there is some tweak somewhere to have this print out like normal, anyone here got any ideas please?

Mike
I'm not certain where you are having your problem. I was able to acceptably print the tutorial on my B&W laser (HP III) using two separate methods.
1) While viewing site in my browser, set the margins to .25" in File | Page Setup. Using File | Print, I printed the document with no loss of content.
2) Clicked on Printable version in upper left hand corner and opened their PDF. The margins were again set to .25. Used File | Print again with no loss of contents. The print was smaller in this version and I was able to increase the margins to .75 and get the same result.
One of these two methods should work for you.

Thank you very much photolady! 2nd method worked, don't know why the first did not? The default margin in File/Print was .75, I changed this to .25 and it printed only in a single column?

I wasn't aware, Mike, that I was in this conversation. ;) But another method I use if the intended document or website does not have a printable version is set my paper orientation to Landscape. This works for me very well.
Glad Terry got you fixed up though.

I have GOT to slow down!! So sorry Terry, Photolady is helping me with a photo project and at the time I was writing that post I was reading her instructions and mistakenly put her name in that post instead of yours.
I had tried landscape Photolady but I never liked that format for anything but yes, it does work with landscape, I would still like to print with option 1Terry for when I run into the same problem in the future and this time don't get an option to print a PDF, will call Dell today to see if this printer has it's own options that might help this situation.
