Since my Firefox password manager isn't working, I'm looking for a new one that is hopefully free if there are any good ones. Roboform is good, but limited for free use.

Also, does anyone know how I can recover my FF passwords (besides going to the website and e-mailing them all)? I have the signons.txt document with them, but when I copy that + key3.db and look in FF, no passwords are listed as saved, even though I see them in the text document. The URL isn't encrypted, but the passwords are.

Download the one that says "Oubliette".

Losing a password can be a real PITA and sometimes unrecoverable. This is why RoboForm's complete solution - the main RoboForm program, the portable RoboForm2Go, and its Palm application for additional backup, is worth the price. Having migrated from DataViz's Password Plus, I can really appreciate the thought and design that went into this solution to manage passwords. Now, when I go to a site requiring a password, I am immediately prompted with the Passcard containing the user ID and password.
