I was over trying to work on a friends machine. I wanted to look at the BIOS. Can't get there (del key) because the keyboard drivers aren't loaded . How do I get into the BIOS without having a wired keyboard? Thanks.

Wireless should work regardless.
Do the keyboard lights flash during bootup?
Does keyboard work ok once booted?
Does the BIOS require other than DEL key?
Does the PAUSE key work during POST?

Wireless should work regardless.

If the keyboard is USB and the bios does not have USB Legacy support enabled (or USB Keyboard enabled), then you can't get into the bios with that keyboard on a USB connection. You have two options:

1) Get a PS2 keyboard.
2) Get a USB to PS2 adapter (http://www.chinatraderonline.com/Files/USB-Series/USB-Connectors/USB-to-PS2-Adapter-21155568810.jpg).

Dbarrow,
1, didn't watch, 2 Yes, 3 No, DEL is the animal, 4 Didn't try.

Seth, Thanks. I just happen to have one. The owner added the keyboard and mouse, guessing that he didn't get into the BIOS to set the proper settings. We have to add RAM anyway. He's running with 256. Going to put a gig in it.
