I have a 160GB Western Digital that I clammed shell into an external USB case.
I have 3 partitions: 80 GB NTFS, 60 GB NTFS, 20 GB FAT32
In attempting to make an image last night to one of the partitions Arcronis croaked the last minute and said unable to write, possibly to due to poor media.
I ran CHKDSK from Windows and was unable to read sector 0 and some other sector(s) starting at 77,xxx,xxx on the drive.
Do I trust this drive at all or simple reformat bad partition?
