Okay, I had a Antec power supply go dead yesterday and just got around to fixing it. I then notified Antec about a replaement and they told me to D/L and fill out a form. Then send the form and my receipt in and they will issue me an RMA number. All of this was expected,
only when I finished filling in the form it says it cannot be saved. Now I'm sure there is a way to E-mail a filled form from Adobe and I must have a receipt attachment.
I did print out the form and scanned it and thought of doing it that way but then I will have two attachments
and would rather do it the right way. PLEASE HELP..
