I was checking my options... what does preset fields do?
When i clicked on it nothing happened.
Can some one please give me a link to my personal cookies, not all the forums cookies, so i can clear them, maybe this is related to my email probllem.

Do a find and enter cookies and it will list all the locations.
Better to just use IE to remove all.
Better than that is to use a free third party cleaner like:
CCleaner or
Cleanup!
Quickwiper
These utilities can be tuned but usually just default to remove temp files, cookies, history, and index.dat files that can be looked at even after clearing all I mentioned to track your actions. (Index.dat can not be deleted in windows because it's being used)
I have a dos batch file to delete them individually. But those other 3 utilities will delete them also usually after you clean and reboot)
And then use Super Winspy to see if everything is deleted including index.dat.
Hope this helps.:)

Sorry. Skipped that one but I can't find reference to it anyway.
Where is this option actually located and I'll try and look at it?:)

Nick, i've cleaned cookies with ATF several times since i have this problem with emails of KH.
(This happens only with KH emails, and lately. I didn't have this problem before)

Go into your CP and my options, scroll down, next to save, it's the preset button.
As far as i know each member has it's own cookies. I've cleared several times KH cookies, but probably i need my own cookies at KH to be cleared and restored when i relogin.

I must be dense. All I see with all options at the bottom is save changes or reset fields.

Yes, you store all your cookies on your disk. When/if you log out of KH, those cookies are deleted and you have to log back in with pswd and user name.
Using the utilities I mentioned, or using IE, it clears all cookies from all places.
I use roboform so I don't mind clearing all my history or cookies as my login is automatic using this utility.

I looked at my User CP and all the options available but, apparently, keep missing the preset you mention. Sorry.:pout:

 silly me, sorry Nick, it's reset fields i meant. Wrong typing

Well the link i was given to clear my personal cookies at another forum was
like this if i translate it for KH.
http://www.kickenhardware.net/forums/mycookies.php

Link is not working here, and at that forum it was given to me by a MOD.

Are you still trying to correct your email notification?

I checked your profile earlier when you reported email problems and did not see any problem. You are set to receive instant (as opposed yo daily or weekly) emails for subscribed threads. The fact that you did 'catch up' with emails at one point suggests to me that our vBulletin is working OK and there is some hangup in the Internet email.

I suspected it was yahoo who creates the problem, but i receive emails from another forum.
I've changed instantly to weekly and save and then did it instantly again.
Still receiving 13ths emails.
