I need a PCI card. Running an 865PERL @3.4 with a gig of RAM, two 250 G Sata's. Also need suggestion on a dual monitor AGP card for this machine. Thanks Win XP Pro.

Depends on what type of feed you have for it...
There are newer ones with digital tuners
There are combo units that work with analog and digital HDTV.
Most of the brands are in the same price range.
Believe it or not, most use the same identical Phillips tuner component. It's even found in the Slingbox.
I have an MSI card. The ATI are ok. Leadtech gets fair reviews.

Again, if you subscribe to digital or HDTV on your cable, you may want to look at the combination units as they are not much more. Eventually, Comcast will go all digital anyway.

* The bad: Free remote requires shipping charge; still a stop-gap measure until the next generation of TV tuners.
* The bottom line: ATI's flagship TV tuner card offers the best image quality we've seen from a TV tuner card and includes over-the-air HDTV support, but it's still not as good as a direct cable-box-to-TV signal. ...
