Vista in Virtual Machine not allowed?

I just read this (http://it.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/10/12/2240214). Does this mean that Vista, even the beta, cannot be used inside a virtual environment? I think that the beta is Vista Ultimate, so am I allowed to use it in VMWare Player or MS VirtualPC?

For the love of god, have M$ even though about what those DUMB licencing terms will do to Vista popularity. Who would pay for a maximum of 5 networked devices when XP can do the whole network as standard.

Heck if things get any worse I may offically support the pirates just to teach M$ a lesson.
