Request for additional Thread Tools

After reading your post "Web Developer Request" I am hesitant in suggesting the following but put it on your "maybe to-do" list.

I have seen other sites under "Thread Tools" have an option "Close this Thread". When the owner clicks on it, the word "RESOLVED" appears on the Subject line.

I realize not all threads will use it but threads that ask a question would.
