I missed this one when it sailed through congress but did you realized
that DST has new start and end dates?
DST starts on March 11th and ends on October 28th. Microsoft is
suppose to come out with a patch to ensure that PC's properly reflect the
change. However, you should double check your computer's clock on
March 11th to verify that it reflects the correct time. If not
correct, you can adjust the time by double-clicking the time in the
systems tray on the right-hand side of your systems toolbar and
entering the correct time.
