I needed to install Crystal Report XI on two of my PC's. Even though I use both PC's, they are never used at the same time.
On my primary PC, the PC were CR was installed initially, I have no problems getting the Updates and Hot Fixes.
After installing CR on the 2nd PC, I go the "Show Update" screen, but when I click "Add", nothing happens. The "Next" (Download and Install button) does NOT become enabled.
On the Primary PC, the Updates are in a directory. I tried copying them to a CD and then doing a double-click on the "exe" file. This did not work.
Anyone have a suggestion?
