Hi everyone! :)
On another forum, a user posted that a tutorial I made on using control userpasswords2 to automatically login made his PC freeze while (I think) loading personal settings. He thinks that it was control userpasswords2 and that it is incompatible with XP Home. However, I tested every tutorial before publishing them and they all worked fine on XP Home. He linked to a site stating that there may be an error message when using it to add/modify a user in the "Power Users" group, which doesn't exist in XP Home, but I cannot find anything saying that it doesn't work at all in XP Home. dougknox.com and Microsoft both have articles on using it in XP Home.
Was this a coincidence that it happened after the tutorial (I asked if the user did anything else before rebooting), or doesn't it work in XP Home?
