Startup menu - display on startup

Does anyone know how to display the Startup menu when booting an XP machine. The menu I'm referring to is the one that comes up when you press F8 at startup. I want to display the menu without having to press the F8 key. I remember doing this before. Maybe that was pre-XP.

It is an option you can setup in msconfig.

I forget the syntax of the line at the moment.
