I am a complete noob when it comes to linux and I managed to install this easy, im loving it!! I can't explain how amazing this really is!!!! Give it a go, here is the 3d desktop; yoo can have 4 desktops open at once with different things on each one say music on one, internet on one office on an other.

Well im going to get all my friends using this now :)
My computer has always had linux on but this is the first distro that I am considering putting on my laptop!!
I like the fact that you can pick a DVD or a CD download, DVD is bundled with all the crap RPM's and CD just has the basics, just what you need :)

Noo seriously BM move to linux!!
Do you have an old computer in your house or even your main computer. Put mandriva on it, forget about vista and other M$ junk, this is the real stuff!!
I can see this bringing a whole bunch of people to Linux, and now that Dell is offering it as a Pre install I can see windows dieing out :D:D
Wooo!!! lol

Any Linux distro could do that if you wanted it to Dudeking. Just install Compiz or Beryl (they're set to merge into one project sometime in the future)
The installation process may be easy or hard depending on you're distro, personally I don't care one bit about those GUIs
And Dudeking, I allready have 4 desktops, but not as a cube. That's the default

Hello Eddie,
I am going to give this one a try, it downloaded much faster than the Ubuntu linux. And it may give me what I am looking for to replace my Media Center 2005 software. I will keep you guys up to date on what happens with my load tonight.

Hello there
Well just to let do know everything went very well with this, but I am going to build a new system to just run this. So as for doing the install I am going to have to wait. Thank god for an OS that runs so well off the DVD.:D
