Good Morning All, this new MCNLive Linux is only a small basic kind of system, it runs partly in RAM and draws off the CD for the rest of it's stuff.

It has some interesting features with 2 3D selectable desktops but a reasonable video card is required, and a basic GUI for older less modern machines.

It has excellent wireless connectivity.

It is based on Mandriva and has an interesting partitioning program in it that appears to run on any drive.

There are a couple of internet explorer programs also included, plus a host of other stuff.

It also has a good security arrangement.

The default desktop display is a bit bleak, but overall it performs pretty well.

Certainly worth a look for anyone interested in comparing these systems.

Cheers, qldit.
