Amazing there!!!
My only recommendation might be to upgrade from vista basic. But Spec wise its wicked, similar to my Inspiron 9400.
I would remove your email addy from your post there, spammers will pick it up and spam you!

Hello striker0204
Nice setup.
I would get this, AlienRespawn v2.0 Recovery DVD and upgrade to Windows Vista Home Premium Edition
Also I would invest in this Lojack (http://www.absolute.com/) laptop program.
Give this a read:

Enjoy your lappy;)

It seems like a great pc- I do thoroughly agree that Vista Premium is the a necessary option.

2 GB memory costs $270. Drop that and pick up the 2GB from Crucial at a cost of $88. Then eBay the 1 GB that comes with the machine.
How's their Tech Support? When looking at a company I'm not familiar with, I like to call Tech Suoort before purchasing just to see how easy it is to contact them.

it was fairly easy for me to contact them, so customer/tech support is not an issue.
yah, i thought about not getting the ram upgrade, and buying another gig myself.
whats so great about vista premium? i have never had more than 5 minutes on a vista operating system. i was going to create another partition, and have my vista, XPhome, and OpenSUSE linux

Dan summarized the various versions of Vista a few months based on his test observations.
